Did have a few problems, but they were very helpful in the office as well as at their 800 number and their main office over the phone. We now have everything fixed and are very pleased.

Friendly and professional

We’ve had Erie Insurance for several years now. Kathryn is our agent she is always quick to get back to us and helps in any way possible. She goes above and beyond her duties. When we first switched we saved over $100 a month. We now have 2 cars under the insurance, life insurance & renters insurance. We will never go anywhere else. I try to tell everyone about Yingling and to always ask for Kathryn.
